  • Why should I use Personal Trainer?
    Some people are lack of motivation / time / energy to train efficiently their own, a Personal Trainer can be a great solution. The support, advice and encouragement comes with safe exercise technique to help you avoid injuries, get fit, stay healthy.
  • How often should I take a session?
    That is entirely up to you and depends on the amount of time you have and how committed you are. Ideally can be three times each week should be sufficient for you to start feeling and seeing results. Just think about it, you have 3 -one hour long- sessions per week, it means less than 2 % from your weekly time which spend with exercise to be healthy, to get shaped, toned, be more confident, more successful and better mood. Only 2 % from weekly time, it is worth doing for quality life. I had clients whom I had personal training session in person once a week and they did training their own according to the wokrout plan 2 times a week, so 3 workouts were weekly, 3 hours long, less than 2 % from weekly time.
  • How long will it take to see the effect of training?
    Generally, it takes 4-6 weeks before you begin to “see” results. What type of results you “see” is very individual and depends on your baseline fitness, how hard and how frequently you exercise, and what your goals are. More important however, you will “feel” the results of exercise almost immediately. Pay more attention to all of the other wonderful things exercise can do for you like increase your energy, reduce stress levels and improve your strength, your mood, better sleep, more confident, self-esteem.
  • Does a Personal Trainer require a doctor’s certificate?
    Depending on your recent fitness and exercise programs (or lack of) I may ask you for a certificate if I believe that medical conditions and/or past injuries will affect your participation in a training session. If you are under the care of a doctor for any reason or if you are over 40, and starting exercise for the first time, you will be asked to see your doctor to obtain their clearance first.
  • What if I need to cancel a session?
    Notice of the cancellation must be provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled session- on phone or text me-, otherwise it is considered to be a late cancellation and your session will be forfeited. In this case, it cannot be refunded or completed at a later date. Pay attention to validity of your PT package.
  • What if I am running late?
    If you are (client) late for a session the session will not extended and will end at the appointed time. If I am (personal trainer) late, additional time will be added to the session or to subsequent sessions.
  • How much is the Personal Training session?
    This is an investment in yourself, in your health, in your own life. When you are healthy, you will not spend your money medicine, doctor treatments, hospital costs…and so on. Prices vary as various packages are waiting for you with discounts.
  • How and when do I pay?

  • What is a Health Coach?
    Health Coach helps people with behavior and habit change with empathy and no judgment. I work with your likes and dislikes to gradually change habits to healthier ones specific to your goals. I help you execute a plan to improve lifestyle and health in accordance with your individual goals and your health practitioner’s instructions. During the program I make you noticeably feeling more confident, having more self-esteem, being more conscious, improve interpersonal and intrapersonal communication, helping clarify who you are and what you want.
  • What is the difference between dieting and a health coaching program?
    Diets have been proven to be ineffective long term where the yo-yoing effect can actually be more harmful than helpful. Health coaching takes a deeper and more holistic approach which will enable you to achieve lasting lifestyle and behavior change.
  • When is the right time to hire a health coach?
    When your life has turned into a series of Groundhog’s Day (find yourself reliving the same day over and over again) and you can’t figure out how to get out of the vicious loop and start changing, Some example when you should call a health coach: You gain weight but can’t seem to lose it. You can’t shake off your fatigue. You can’t sustain healthy eating for more than a few days. You can’t sustain a fitness program for more than a few weeks. You realize you simply can’t keep going on the way you are now. You realize if you could do it all by yourself, you should have done it by now. It’s time to call Health Coach!
  • How long I need to work with a Health Coach?
    Health coaching program is not an instant solution, it takes time to figure out, recognize obstacles in lifestyes, to find old belief systems, patterns which are block to move on our life. Takes time to used to new habits adn integrate them into your life and accept all changes. The average coaching relationship lasts anywhere from three months to several years—it all depends on you and your goals. Occasionally, a month or even a single coaching conversation can have a powerful impact. Effective coaching is a process, and important to use principle of graduality for giving time the soul to catch up the body. Coaching creates independent thinkers who can access their inner wisdom to make the best choices for their lives. Coaching is a fluid process based on independence rather than codependence. You can find different length of programs and choose which is the most suits your goals.
  • Do I have to give up anything?
    Short answer is that this is your life, your decision. I will not persuade and force anyone to change anything that they do not want. With health coaching, you'll learn what choices produce healthy outcomes and what tends to hinder healthy outcomes. You'll also be exposed to and encouraged to try new things that contribute to a healthy lifestyle. After being equipped with this knowledge and experience, you ultimately decide for yourself what health outcomes you want to achieve, then receive support in makng the changes you choose to make to achieve your goals.
  • Do you provide meal plans?
    I help you create the meals and foods you like to eat and to take steps that get you closer to healthier alternatives and provide recipes and options.

  • What is Access Bars®?
    Access Bars is a gentle hands-on modality that was introduced by Gary Douglas in the early 1990s. The Bars® are 32 unique points on the head that correlate to different areas and aspects of life. During an Access Bars session, a practitioner gently touches these points to release the electromagnetic charge of all thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions, and beliefs that may have limited you in the concerned life areas.
  • What does a Bars session do?
    The Bars takes all the considerations, thoughts, feelings, emotions, decisions, judgments, and beliefs from any lifetime, that are electrically stored in the brain and releases them. This release occurs when the bars are touched; it allows that stored junk to be released. Similar to when the lights go out in your house and you flip the circuit breaker or trip switch so the lights come on: having your bars done allows your lights to come on.   • How often should you have your Bars done?
    This is entirely up to you. How good would you like to feel? How easy would you like your life to be? Some Bars facilitators wonder why we don’t all do it every day! Most like to have their bars run at least once a week, or whenever they feel stressed, cranky, or out of sorts with how their lives are going. After any kind of major shock or trauma or energetic shift of any kind is another time to consider having your bars done.
  • Can children and babies have their Bars done?
    Children and babies benefit phenomenally from having their Bars run. They are more like animals than adults, which means they are often more willing to have rapid change in their bodies as well as in their being. It should be noted that children’s Bars can run very fast. Often they can tell you when each bar is done for that session and when to move on, and babies are even faster!
  • Can the elderly/ill/handicapped benefit from having their Bars done?
    Yes, they can.
  • How long does a Bars and Body Process session last?
    Usually a Bars session can be 60 or 90 minutes for adults, 30 minutes for kids (under 13) The duration of Access body process session is 60 minutes.
